About 4KE Foundation
Our History
4KE Foundation was founded in 2023 by Dickson Mukalay, who recognized the need for a local organization dedicated to helping children. His vision is to not just feed a hungry child but to uplift them with necessary skills and training that will benefit them in the long run.
The 4KE Foundation, through its initiatives, has supported the development of sports facilities in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. This includes padel court projects aimed at promoting sport and providing opportunities for young athletes in the region.
Beyond sports training, the foundation also provides clothes, food, and educational supplies to children in need.
At 4KE Foundation, we believe that every bit of help is vital for the community. We can truly become stronger together if we work as a community to help.

Our Founder
Dickson Mukalay is a seasoned business consultant specializing in insurance solutions, with extensive experience in business development, project planning, management, and international healthcare. His passion for padel and youth empowerment has fueled his vision of equipping young people with the skills and training necessary to enrich and sustain their lives. Through his leadership and commitment, Dickson aims to use sports as a platform not only to develop athletic talent but also to inspire discipline, self-confidence, and resilience in the next generation.
